AI governance
AI governance is about clear agreements: AI policy, AI risk control and AI compliance. That way AI in your organisation stays understandable and accountable.
What we help with
- AI policy: what you do and do not do with AI.
- AI risk control: knowing what AI does in your organisation and where you adjust course.
- Responsible AI use: agreements for everyday use.
- AI compliance: demonstrably meeting what is asked of you.
- Human oversight: recording when a person reviews or decides.
How we work
We look at where AI is already used, what is going well and where agreements are needed. You get a first set of agreements that you can adapt yourself.
About this service
Where is AI used in your organisation, and who knows about it? That is usually the first thing we find out.
AI governance is a set of agreements. AI policy describes what you do and do not do with AI. AI risk control is about the risks: where can a system make mistakes, and what are the consequences? AI compliance is about demonstrably meeting the rules, such as the European AI Act. Which requirements apply to you depends on how and for what you use AI. Human oversight records when a person reviews or decides.
Together with you we draw up a first set of agreements and discuss who monitors them. At the end you will have methodically grounded advice and a suitable governance model.
